Local pickup is currently available only for selected cotton bedding orders.

Please note that bamboo bedding products are not available for local pickup. If your order includes bamboo bedding, it will need to be shipped to your delivery address.

Please note that our warehouse is not open to the public. Customers are not able to browse products, visit our storage area, or enter the warehouse freely. Local pickup is only for customers collecting an eligible order that has already been confirmed as ready.

Pickup Hours

Local pickup is available during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

The warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays. Please do not visit outside these hours, as reception will not be available to assist with order collection.

Before You Arrive

Please make sure your order is ready for pickup before visiting.

Bring your order confirmation email, order number, and the recipient name used on the order. Reception may check these details before releasing the parcel.

When You Arrive

Please enter through the main entrance facing Rooks Road and go directly to reception.

Let the reception team know you are collecting a Linenly order. They will check your order details and guide you through the collection process.

Collecting Your Order

Your order will be prepared in advance and placed on our designated Linenly pickup shelf.

Once your order details have been confirmed, reception will help you collect your parcel.
